A DOLLAR TREE shopper found a cheap lipstick that exceeded her expectations and earned a five-star rating.
She said the makeup product lasted for hours and was a scam for a more expensive beauty purchase from Charlotte Tilbury.

Reddit user Sophie_The_Glam_Diva loves a good beauty deal, especially when it’s good quality.
She talked about a Dollar Tree lipstick that is long-lasting and similar to an item from a popular makeup brand.
Sophie bought two lipsticks at the discount store for $1.25 each and evaluated them both.
First, she praised the LA Colors Nude Glam lipstick in “Oh Teddy.”
“The shade of this lipstick is a pinkish nude brown. It has a satin finish.
Plus, she said it smells great and reminds her of “buttered popcorn.”
I was able to wear it for five hours before needing touch-ups.
The pigment is excellent, it is super pigmented and quite opaque in just one swipe.

Sophie agreed and said it was perfect for everyday use.
“Its shade reminded me of one of those popular Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks,” she added.

According to the product description, the matte lipstick features a long-lasting, buildable, and hydrating formula.

“I absolutely needed this to match my grayscale eyeshadow palette that I also purchased from LA Colors on the day of this purchase,” she said.
She said this lipstick also has a satin finish and is semi-matte, unlike Oh Teddy.
It also doesn’t have any shine or shine like the first lipstick.
“It’s definitely high coverage, exactly as advertised,” she said.
Sophie called the pigmentation incredibly bold in just one swipe.
“This one also smells identical to the previous one, a buttery popcorn scent! I was also able to wear this one for five hours before touching it up,” she added.
To be transparent, she said she wasn’t eating or drinking when she budgeted for her first outfit.
“I noticed a good amount of transfer in the cups when I finally did,” she added.
