In the video, Vivian compares an iconic skincare product, the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Fighting Face Wash, with its Dollar Tree dupe, the Kissable Oil-Free Acne Wash.
The Neutrogena version will cost shoppers $9.49, while the Dollar Tree version costs just $1.25 – saving shoppers $8.24.
However, the Neutrogena face wash is a little larger, coming in at 9.1 ounces compared to its seven-ounce Dollar Tree dupe.
VIVIANA TRY
In the video, Vivian wondered how the idiot could compare to a product that has been around for so long.
However, she scoffed at the price, which she believed was a bit exorbitant.
“This needs to cost no more than $5.99,” Vivian said.

According to Vivian, all an acne product needs is a dose of salicylic acid and then it should do the job.
After checking both bottles of body wash, she was able to confirm that the active ingredient was indeed salicylic acid.
Both Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne-Fighting Face Wash and Dollar Tree’s Kissable Oil-Free Acne Wash contained two percent salicylic acid.
Vivian then compared the smell of each face wash and found that the scents were comparable.
“They also nailed the smell,” she added.
DUPE OR FLUKE?
Vivian then compared the consistency of the two washes and said that the Neutrogena one was more like a gel, while the Dollar Tree product looked like a traditional soap.
However, the consistency wasn’t enough to stop Vivian from recommending the product.
“I would still say, try this,” she said, pointing to the Dollar Tree face wash.
US Sun reached out to Vivian for comment on her analysis.
Dollar Tree Prices
Despite the store’s name, Dollar Tree has recently added items that cost more than $1 to its inventory.
Most items in the store cost no more than $1.25, but items in the Dollar Tree Plus section cost up to $5.

“Our brand promise is that customers get great value for what they spend at Dollar Tree. We will continue to fiercely protect that promise, regardless of price.”
ONE DOLLAR FOR YOUR THOUGHTS
Vivian’s viewers and subscribers shared their thoughts on the two face washes in the comments section of her video.
Some loved the Dollar Tree dupe, while others said they preferred Neutrogena’s more expensive face wash.
“I use that stupid acne thing. I don’t have acne. Just very sensitive skin,” one viewer wrote.
“I’ve been using that liquid soap for acne on my face for 5 years. I love it,” added another viewer.
“Dollar Tree Acne Body Wash is the truth, it was only supposed to be a temporary thing, but I was shocked at how it stopped my skin from breaking out,” wrote another viewer.
“They stopped carrying it for a while, but now it’s back and I’m so happy,” they added.
“I tried the acne body wash, not as good as Neutrogena or CVS brand body wash,” another viewer commented.
“Neutrogena is worth every penny!” a subscriber chimed in.
