KIM Kardashian has teamed up with Apple to launch a new pair of Beats headphones.
The reality TV superstar says Beats headphones have always been a “fashion statement” — and is selling pairs in her favorite neutral colors.
Beats, which is Dr. Dre’s legendary headphone brand and now owned by Apple, has already teamed up with Kim once.
The fashion icon worked at Apple in 2022 on the Beats Fit Pro Kim K Special Edition headphones.
Now Kim has put her famous stamp on the Beats x Kim Studio Pro headphones – which go over your ears, not in them.
They are available for $349.99 / £349.99 and will go on sale at midnight on Thursday 15th August.
You can photo in colors inspired by Kim’s exclusive palette.
They include Moon (light), Dune (medium) and Earth (deep).
“I’m so excited to bring these three chic and popular colors to Beats’ most iconic and advanced headphones,” said Kim.
“Beats Studio has always been a fashion statement, so I can’t wait to see how everyone styles them.”
The Beats Studio Pro line was launched in July 2019.
They are premium headphones, so they bring a lot of high-tech features characteristics.
For starters, they offer active noise cancellation to block out the sound around you.
But there’s also Transparency Mode that lets you extract noise when necessary – like if you were listening to announcements on a train platform.
The Beats Studio Pro headphones were also the first to feature USB-C – as well as support for lossless audio via USB-C connections.
They feature custom spatial audio that creates an immersive sound effect, in part by tracking your head movements.
And they support Apple’s Find My technology so you can track them through an app if you’ve lost them.
Apple says you’ll get about 40 hours of battery life from the earbuds per charge.
To launch her own pair of Beats Studio Pro headphones, Kim Kardashian has teamed up with TV star Jimmy Fallon.
The duo starred in a comical video where they competed to see who would win the next It beats collaboration.
Apple is selling the headphones online through its official store.
But if you want to buy them in physical stores, there is a problem.
Only a few stores stock the headphones – and only in limited quantities.
