Disney Channel star Skai Jackson arrested at Universal Studios over ‘domestic incident’ | Ents & Arts News

Former Disney Channel actress Skai Jackson was arrested while at the Universal Studios theme park, Los Angeles police confirmed.

The force said it responded to reports of an alleged domestic incident inside the park shortly after 5pm on Friday.

Jackson, 22, was arrested for domestic battery.

“Based on the initial investigation, it was determined that Ms. Jackson was the primary aggressor and she was arrested for misdemeanor spousal battery,” police said.

The actress was taken to a West Hollywood police station and will appear in Van Nuys Superior Court.

Representatives for Jackson have been contacted for comment.

The actress became known for her role as Zuri Ross on the Disney Channel series Jessie from 2011 to 2015.
