THIS is the shocking moment a mother-of-six tragically falls to her death when her parachute fails to open while skydiving.
Footage captures Olga Ershova, 49, fatally falling 2,650 feet during a birthday skydive as a spectator screams in panic.
Olga, from Kirov in western Russia, was the last of three women to jump from the jet on July 27, as she followed her two friends in the daring plunge.
A proud spectator praises the women for bravely tackling the huge jump.
But her calm quickly turns to panic when Olga’s parachute fails to open and the alarmed man begins shouting profanities in Russian.
She dramatically descends much faster than her friends as her parachute picks up speed.
The jump organizer, with known ties to the Russian military, roars through a megaphone, instructing her to use her reserve parachute.
He shouts “spare” more than five times through the speaker at the top of his lungs in reference to the backup.
Olga appears to not know or be able to operate emergency skydiving equipment.
She falls dramatically into a birch tree.
Olga was rushed to hospital, where she was found with serious fractures, according to reports.
She appeared to be miraculously recovering with a relative saying she could even get out of bed on her own.
The family member said: “She was taken to hospital by ambulance after the jump.
“At first she was recovering. Then she woke up at night under anesthesia after surgery and went to the bathroom.
“But she was not allowed to get up due to the pain and shock.”
However, her condition worsened and she died.
The hospital confirmed she died from injuries suffered in the fall.
The flying club refused to comment on his death, but a criminal investigation into the tragedy has been launched.
The dream-come-true activity was believed to be his first time skydiving.
Her funeral took place this week.
